I have had the pleasure of knowing, observing, and working with Tracy for close to 12 years. I first met her when she was a marketing director for a very busy and rapidly growing Chicago based facial plastic surgery practice. Given the high profile practice and Tracy’s superb work, she was invited to speak at Vegas Cosmetic Surgery. This meeting has now grown to well over a thousand doctors with a few hundred support staff attending the Practice Management section of the conference. I always found Tracy’s talks, thoughts, and organizational skills to be first class.
Parallel to her meetings and her practice obligations, Tracy also built a highly regarded consultant company that was sought after by numerous physicians to elevate their practices to a new level.
Most importantly, it is Tracy’s attitude. She is always happy, supportive, helpful with all and any questions and smiling. She is a great asset for any company that she is involved in. I gave her my highest recommendation.
